In the PLIA's earliest years, it was essentially the only proponent for Platte Lake.  With time, the association has developed strong and effective working relationships with many interested parties.  These relationships have been extremely important in the PLIA's efforts to restore Platte Lake to the high-quality body of water that it once was.
